Overhead Shot-Spicy Peanut Sauce

This Spicy Peanut Sauce is absolutely divine. You make it with coconut milk, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, red curry paste, chili oil, and dried chili flakes.

Best Tasting Spicy Peanut Sauce

The sauce freezes well. Make a double or triple batch like we do. You can use it in an array of dishes. For instance, it makes a great dipping sauce for my chicken satay. It’s also phenomenal on this Thai pizza.

If you have leftovers or simply love the flavor and want to use it in other things, go for it!

This Spicy Peanut Sauce also goes great with rice noodles, spring rolls, or as one of my friends said, “pair it with a spoon!”

You can even add some water and white wine vinegar for a terrific dressing for a chicken protein bowl or any salad for that matter. Enjoy!

Spicy Peanut Sauce

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons red curry paste

2 teaspoons chili oil

1 teaspoon dried chili flakes

Mix ingredients and serve as a chicken satay dipping sauce, as a base to this Thai pizza, or in any way you wish. Refrigerate any leftovers. Freezes well also.
