Spicy Peanut Sauce
Delicious Multi-Use Dip/Dressing
This Spicy Peanut Sauce is absolutely divine. You make it with coconut milk, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, red curry paste, chili oil, and dried chili flakes.
The sauce freezes well. Make a double or triple batch like we do. You can use it in an array of dishes. For instance, it makes a great dipping sauce for my chicken satay. It’s also phenomenal on this Thai pizza.
If you have leftovers or simply love the flavor and want to use it in other things, go for it!
This Spicy Peanut Sauce also goes great with rice noodles, spring rolls, or as one of my friends said, “pair it with a spoon!”
You can even add some water and white wine vinegar for a terrific dressing for a chicken protein bowl or any salad for that matter. Enjoy!
